ZIVA Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing ZIVA. We are committed to delivering your premium homewear securely. Please review our shipping schedule and rates below.

1. Order Dispatching Schedule All orders are processed and packed from our fulfillment center in Alexandria, Egypt. Please note that we dispatch all shipments once a week, exclusively on Sundays. Any order placed during the week will be scheduled for the upcoming Sunday dispatch.

2. Shipping Destinations & Transit Times We offer standard shipping across Egypt, covering Alexandria and 28 other governorates.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order is dispatched on Sunday, you can expect it to arrive at your doorstep within 2 to 4 days.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on the total weight of your package and your delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

For Alexandria Governorate:

  • Up to 1.0 kg: 60.00 EGP

  • 1.01 kg – 2.0 kg: 95.00 EGP

  • 2.01 kg – 3.0 kg: 120.00 EGP

  • 3.01 kg – 4.0 kg: 150.00 EGP

  • Over 4.0 kg (No limit): 199.00 EGP

For the Rest of Egypt (28 Governorates):

  • Up to 1.0 kg: 75.00 EGP

  • 1.01 kg – 2.0 kg: 95.00 EGP

  • 2.01 kg – 3.0 kg: 120.00 EGP

  • 3.01 kg – 4.0 kg: 160.00 EGP

  • Over 4.0 kg (No limit): 199.00 EGP

4. Order Tracking & Delivery

Once your package is handed over to our shipping partner on Sunday, you will receive a notification. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout. ZIVA is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
